Poor customer service!

Poor customer service!
My new company gave me this website to order work uniforms. One of the items was a $42 jacket. I ordered an XL because that's my normal jacket size. Well it was too big.
I called the company & asked if I could return & exchange it for a LG. They said absolutely just send it to this address with a note that has my name, order# & reason for return. I asked again, "That's all that's required?" I got a simple, "Yes, that's it."
It cost me $15.72 to return it (which I gladly paid) and today I get an email requesting another $11.81 to send it back. I called the company but they don't care. I asked them to replay the phone conversation & they weren't interested. They just reiterated they're return policy that was never given to me.

So I paid $27.53 to exchange a $41.99 jacket!

Spent ages designing a jacket with…

Spent ages designing a jacket with artwork. They then added $113 dollars for shipping to UK. For a jacket!
Bunch of sharks hiding prices until you are right near end of the e-commerce journey. Avoid.
Cheaper for me to pay Trump to collect for me.....

LogoSportswear does not make the grade

Update:
A manager contacted me providing a credit on my entire order. I did not ask for this, so I believe this says a lot about the company. I have upgraded from 2 Stars to 4 Stars, since the manager made it right.

Original:
Design team member was great.
Nike shirt is fit/color and meets my expectation
The logo looks good, but they used an outline that makes the logo look weird from different angles. (shimmers when viewing or when light hits it)
The first response from customer service was that the wording was small, so that required the outline and why it was visible around the words.
This changed to the entire logo needed an outline, b/c they stated that the logo had fine details. This was after i sent additional pics showing that the outline was visible around the entire logo.
I can not understand why they could not have sent me an email stating that the logo has too much detail, thus, we will need to use an outline that may be visible. Thus, i would have cancelled the order.
Is this type of customer service too much to ask?
I do not think so.
$70 for a logo shirt that does not meet expectation was not a good experience/buy for me.
Look for another vendor for custom printed logos.
Company is only offering a discount on a future order.
No thanks, I will search for a better custom printed logo vendor

Expensive & Late (Not Recommend)

Ordered a few t-shirts. Online design process was pretty user friendly. End product was average but didn't justify the high price. If you are ordering this for a specific event I wouldn't count on it arriving in time. In summary my experience, Expensive for quality of product & a week late.
